Cancellation Policy
In case of emergency, please contact the salon.
While we understand that life happens, we strongly encourage you, our guest, to contact that salon via call, text, or email at least 24 hours before the scheduled date of your appointment. In the event that no contact is made, a No Call No Show, or late cancellation occurs, a 35% cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file. In the event that a NCNS occurs, an extra deposit may be required to book in the future.
